A quick and delicious casserole that combines ground beef, rice, and cheese for a comforting meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
Stir in rice, soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a greased casserole dish, cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for another 15 minutes.
Notes
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for better flavor.
