Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
Return pasta to skillet, add broth, seasonings, and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
