Instructions
Pat dry chicken breasts and season with Italian seasoning, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place chicken in basket without overlapping.
Cook for 5 minutes, flip, then cook another 5 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Top each chicken with mozzarella and tomato slices, cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with basil and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and reduction.
Notes
Use fresh mozzarella for best flavor and meltability.
