Juicy and flavorful air fryer chicken breasts, seasoned to perfection for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 fillets chicken (~8 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp italian seasoning (or oregano)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.
  • Mix spices in a small bowl. Season both sides of the chicken.
  • Place chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spice mix for a few hours before cooking.
