This Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon is a quick and delicious dish, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (about 6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • optional garnishes: sesame seeds, chopped green onions, red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  • Pat salmon dry, remove pin bones, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place salmon in basket, brush with half the glaze, and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Brush with remaining glaze and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove salmon, garnish if desired, and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes before cooking.
