This Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon is a quick and delicious dish, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Instructions
Pat salmon dry, remove pin bones, and season with salt and pepper.
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place salmon in basket, brush with half the glaze, and cook for 7 minutes.
Brush with remaining glaze and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
Remove salmon, garnish if desired, and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes before cooking.
