Instructions
Make the sesame peanut butter dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake vigorously.
In a large bowl, combine napa cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, scallions, cilantro, oranges, and peanuts. Top with shredded chicken.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Top with wonton strips and garnish with cilantro and peanuts. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust dressing and seasoning to taste. Best enjoyed fresh.
