Baked Brie and Cranberry Tartlets with Crescent Rolls

These delightful tartlets combine creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and crunchy pecans in flaky crescent dough for a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients

Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce

Cheese

  • 8 oz wheel of brie cheese

Dough

  • 1 tube crescent dough

Pecans

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Rosemary

  • 3 sprigs rosemary (roughly chopped)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  • Roll out crescent dough, pinch seams, and cut into 24 squares.
  • Cut brie into 24 small cubes. Press dough squares into muffin tin, add brie, cranberry sauce, and pecans.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden. Cool 10 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped rosemary.

Notes

Serve warm for best flavor.
