2pintscherry tomatoes
1mediumgreen bell pepper, diced
8clovesgarlic, roughly chopped
1/2mediumyellow onion, diced

2tablespoonsfresh basil, minced
12ouncesfeta cheese in brine
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix seasonings, salt, and pepper; add tomatoes, garlic, onions, bell pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs. Transfer to sheet pan.
Season chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Place on sheet pan, leaving space for feta.
Add feta, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings to the pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
Toss ingredients gently, garnish with herbs, and serve.
