Instructions
Cook beef and onion until no longer pink; add garlic, spices, beans, salsa, and Parmesan. Heat for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃). Spray a 13x9-inch dish.
Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll, and place seam-side down in dish. Top with cheese and green onions.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5-10 more minutes until bubbly.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and avocado, as desired.
