Instructions
Cook ground beef, onions, and jalapenos until beef is no longer pink and veggies are tender.
Add garlic and seasonings; cook 2 minutes. Drain and return to pan.
Stir in tomatoes, enchilada sauce, beans, corn, and olives. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and cheese; stir until cheese melts and everything is combined.
Notes
