Delicious and cheesy beef nachos perfect for sharing. Crispy chips topped with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

Seasoning and Beef

  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 yellow onion yellow onion (diced)

Chips and Toppings

  • 32 ounces tortilla chips
  • 15 ounces refried beans
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 3 roma tomatoes diced tomatoes
  • 2 green onions sliced green onions

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook ground beef and diced onions until browned, then add taco seasoning and water; simmer until liquid evaporates.
  • Spread chips on baking sheets, top with beans, beef, and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Remove from oven, then sprinkle diced tomatoes and sliced green onions on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, add jalapeños or sour cream as desired.
