Instructions
Slice beef thinly and cook noodles according to package; drain and toss with sesame oil.
Whisk soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes; mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
Sear beef in hot oil until browned; remove and set aside.
Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables until crisp-tender; return beef to pan, add sauce, thicken with slurry, then toss with noodles.
