A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender beef, crisp vegetables, and savory noodles coated in a sweet and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 10 oz oz beef steak, thinly sliced

Carbohydrates

  • 8 oz oz egg noodles or rice noodles

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot carrot, julienned

Aromatics & Oils

  • 1 tbsp tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated

Sauces & Condiments

  • ¼ cup cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp tsp chili flakes (optional) (for heat)
  • 1 tbsp tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp tbsp water (for slurry)

Instructions 

  • Slice beef thinly and cook noodles according to package; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  • Whisk soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes; mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  • Sear beef in hot oil until browned; remove and set aside.
  • Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables until crisp-tender; return beef to pan, add sauce, thicken with slurry, then toss with noodles.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for best flavor and texture.
