Instructions
Cook diced onion in a skillet until softened, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Add ground beef or shredded beef, cook until browned or warmed through, then stir in spices and tomato sauce. Let cool slightly and mix in cheese.
Warm tortillas, place 2 tbsp filling, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Fry in hot oil until golden, or bake at 425°F for 15-20 mins, or air fry at 400°F for 6-8 mins, flipping halfway.
Serve with toppings like guacamole, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and cilantro.
