A hearty and cheesy rice bowl featuring seasoned ground beef, garlic, and rich cheese sauces for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

uncooked long-grain white rice

ground beef

diced onion

minced garlic cloves

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Sauté diced onion in 1 tbsp butter until soft (3-4 min).
Add ground beef; cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic; cook 1 min until fragrant.
Add rice, beef broth, salt, and pepper; bring to boil, then simmer 18-20 min until tender.
Melt remaining butter with milk, Parmesan, and cheddar until creamy; combine with beef and cook briefly.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped fresh parsley or a dash of Italian seasoning.
