Ingredients

  • 1 can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced fine

Instructions 

  • Mix everything together in a bowl and place in a pie dish coated with non-stick spray.
  • Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Double the recipe for a crowd and serve with celery, carrot sticks, crostini, or crackers.
