Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment and prepare the crust.
Toast pecans, cool, and chop half; leave half whole. Prepare crust with flour, powdered sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla, then bake for 18-20 minutes.
Mix maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and salt for filling. Pour over crust and top with whole pecans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate before slicing into 24 squares.
Notes
