Instructions
Cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned; drain excess fat.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, onion, vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
