Ingredients

steak
(Use your preferred cut, sliced thinly)
Breads

large flour tortillas

Instructions
Season the steak with Cajun seasoning and cook until desired doneness. Slice thinly.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms and onions until tender.
Place a tortilla on a skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add steak, mushrooms, onions, then top with more cheese and another tortilla.
Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side until cheese melts and tortillas are crispy.
Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for spiciness.
