Ingredients

Eggs and Dairy

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Bread

  • 1 loaf challah bread

Cheese

  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 4 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Fruits

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions 

  • Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and sugar until combined.
  • Mix mascarpone, ricotta, and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in blueberries.
  • Spread mascarpone mixture between bread slices in a baking dish, then pour egg mixture over top.
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
