Instructions
Brown the butter in a saucepan until nutty and browned, then cool in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Mix remaining streusel ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a skillet with cooking spray.
Combine peaches, blueberries, raspberries, vanilla, flour, sugar, and salt; spread in skillet.
Scrape cooled butter into streusel, cut in until crumbly, and sprinkle over fruit.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool slightly before serving.
