A delicious appetizer featuring toasted bread topped with creamy burrata and fresh tomato-basil mixture.
Ingredients
Bread

Baguette or Italian loaf
(sliced into ½-¾" (1-2cm) thick slices)

Instructions
Toast the bread slices, then rub with olive oil and garlic.
Mix cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss and adjust seasoning.
Break open the burrata and top each toasted bread slice with some burrata.
Add tomato mixture on top, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then garnish with flaky salt and basil.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
