Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare peppers and cook filling.
Cook meat until browned, then add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.

Stuff peppers with rice mixture, place in baking dish, cover, and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil, bake 10-20 more minutes until peppers are tender, then serve.
