  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (feel free to mix cheeses for variety.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (can substitute with cream of chicken soup.)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bag tater tots (use frozen tater tots.)

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.

  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly; arrange tater tots on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
