A comforting and cheesy dish that combines ground beef, creamy soups, and potatoes for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
Meat

ground beef with 80% lean meat
Soups

can
cheddar cheese soup
(10.75 ounces)

can
mushroom cream soup
(10.75 ounces)
Potatoes

ounces
frozen potato cubes
Cheese

cups
shredded cheddar cheese, split
Seasoning
to taste
salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 dish.
Brown the beef in a skillet, drain fat, and mix with soups in a bowl.
Add potato cubes and half the cheese, season, and mix well.
Spread mixture in the dish, top with remaining cheese, and cover with foil.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for another 30 minutes.
Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
