A comforting and cheesy dish that combines ground beef, creamy soups, and potatoes for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef with 80% lean meat

Soups

  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup (10.75 ounces)
  • 1 can mushroom cream soup (10.75 ounces)

Potatoes

  • 30 ounces frozen potato cubes

Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, split

Seasoning

  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 dish.
  • Brown the beef in a skillet, drain fat, and mix with soups in a bowl.
  • Add potato cubes and half the cheese, season, and mix well.
  • Spread mixture in the dish, top with remaining cheese, and cover with foil.
  • Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for another 30 minutes.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite herbs or spices.
