A delicious and cheesy spinach dip served in a hollowed-out bread loaf, perfect for sharing at gatherings.
Ingredients

1largeround loaf of bread(Hollowed out for serving)
2tablespoonsolive oil
4clovesgarlic, crushed
2teaspoonschilli flakes
1teaspoonsalt
350gspinach leaves, chopped
1cupcream cheese
½cupGreek yogurt
½cupsour cream (optional)
½cupmozzarella, grated
½cupcheddar, grated
1lemonzested (optional)
to tasteBlack pepper
1tablespoonsweet chilli jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Slice off the top of the loaf and carve out a cavity, then cut the removed bread into chunks. Place the loaf and scraps on a lined tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Heat olive oil, add garlic, salt, and chilli flakes; cook for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted and water evaporates, about 2 minutes.
Mix in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, and three-quarters of the cheese. Add lemon zest and pepper, then adjust salt as needed.
Pour the spinach mixture into the bread cavity, top with remaining cheese and chilli flakes, then bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve hot, drizzled with sweet chili jam, with bread scraps and sides for dipping.
Notes
Ensure spinach is well drained to prevent watery dip.
