Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a skillet with oil, then drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic, cook for 1 minute, then stir in seasonings, Worcestershire, water, and cook until water evaporates.
Mix in cooked pasta, salsa, and cheese; stir until combined and cheese melts.
Serve immediately topped with crushed chips, sour cream, and parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or more cheese on top.
