Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃. Mix orzo, broth, garlic, lemon juice, tomatoes, and spinach in a dish.
Add feta in the center and chicken around the edges. Cover and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove cover, bake for another 20 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Slice the chicken, mash feta into the orzo, and serve topped with chicken.
Notes
Use fresh herbs or spices for extra flavor if desired.
