Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta shells, then drain.
Simmer garlic, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning; stir in half the cheese and chicken.
Stuff shells with mixture, place in baking dish, then top with marinara, tomato paste, and Parmesan.
Bake covered for 20 minutes, then top with remaining cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream before baking.
