This vegan, grain-free chickpea flour naan is quick to make and perfect for a flavorful, healthy bread option.
Ingredients

chickpea flour

whole psyllium husks

Instructions
Combine nondairy milk and lemon juice; let stand 5 minutes.
Mix chickpea flour, psyllium, baking powder, salt, and optional garlic powder.
Add milk mixture and oil; stir into a cohesive dough. Let rest 1-2 minutes.
Divide dough into 3 balls, roll into ovals about 7-8 inches long and 4-5 inches wide. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
Cook each naan in a hot skillet 1 minute per side until golden and bubbling. Keep warm.
Serve warm, optionally garnished with herbs or salt.
Notes
Ensure psyllium husks are fully absorbed for best dough consistency.
