Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 1 piece frozen banana (can be swapped for cauliflower)
  • 0.5 cup yogurt (vegan as desired)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup milk of choice (plus more as needed)
  • 1 piece pitted date or 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute cauliflower for banana for a lower-sugar option.
