Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment and spray with cooking spray.
Toast pecans in a dry pan over medium heat for 10 minutes, then cool and chop.
Make crust by pulsing flour, brown sugar, and salt; add butter and pulse until crumbly. Press into pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Mix corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Whisk in eggs, then fold in chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 minutes until set. Cool for 2 hours before cutting.
Notes
Sprinkle with flaky salt before serving for extra flavor.
