  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 3 green onions finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Chili sauce for serving Chili sauce for serving

Instructions 

  • Mix ground chicken with cilantro, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a teaspoon of filling in each wonton wrapper and seal the edges.
  • Steam or boil the wontons until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with extra cilantro and green onions, and serve with chili sauce.

Notes

Use fresh cilantro and ginger for the best flavor.
