This classic butter-roasted turkey is perfect for holiday feasts, delivering juicy, flavorful meat with crispy skin.

Instructions
Remove turkey from fridge 45 minutes before roasting.
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Pat turkey dry, rub with butter, season with salt and pepper.
Stuff onion, lemon, and garlic inside cavity. Place on rack in roasting pan, pour broth in bottom.
Roast until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), cover breast if browning too quickly.
Rest turkey for 30 minutes before carving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
