Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut in a large bowl.
Heat maple syrup, honey, and coconut oil until smooth; add vanilla and spices.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; spread on baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway; cool and add cranberries.
