Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Melt butter, then whisk in brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla, orange zest, ginger, and salt; mix until creamy. Fold in flour, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
Spread batter into pan and bake for 25–27 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, orange, and vanilla until smooth. Frost cooled bars and top with chopped cranberries.
Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil, then drizzle over bars. Let set, then cut into 9 squares and slice diagonally to make 18 triangles.

For best results, use fresh cranberries and high-quality white chocolate.
