A warm, cheesy dip combining brie, cranberry sauce, and cheddar, served with flaky biscuits for a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 piece 12.3-oz round brie cheese (at room temperature)
  • 0.25 cup cranberry sauce
  • 0.25 cup shredded white cheddar
  • 1 sprig rosemary (for topping)
  • to taste black pepper Freshly cracked black pepper
  • drizzle honey Drizzle of honey for garnish
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (16.3 oz)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • to taste salt Kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut biscuits in half, roll into balls, and brush with melted butter mixed with parsley. Arrange around a skillet, season with salt and pepper.
  • Place brie in the center of the biscuits, remove top rind, and bake until melty, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add cranberry sauce and cheddar to the melted brie, fold gently, top with rosemary, and bake 5-7 minutes more.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve hot.

Notes

Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
