This quick and flavorful Cajun chicken pasta combines spicy seasoning with creamy sauce in just 30 minutes, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta (preferably fettuccine or penne)

Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken breast (diced)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bell peppers (chopped, mix colors)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

Cream and Cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Other

  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish parsley (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until browned, then add chopped peppers, onion, and garlic; cook until tender.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, then add heavy cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, then combine with cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
