Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant and translucent.
Add spinach, cook until wilted or heated through, then cool slightly.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in spinach, cheeses, and seasonings.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish, bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with bread, crackers, and veggies.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes or serve with extra hot sauce.
