This crispy garlic parmesan chicken is a quick and easy air fryer recipe that delivers deliciously golden and flavorful results.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5 lbs chicken fillets (about 3 medium)
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • olive oil spray

Instructions 

  • Pat chicken dry and slice if thick.
  • Mix parmesan, panko, garlic powder, seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in one dish; beat eggs in another.
  • Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) and spray basket with olive oil.
  • Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes, flip, and cook another 8-10 minutes until done.
  • Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure chicken is well-coated and do not overcrowd the air fryer.
