Instructions
Add olive oil to a skillet and cook ground turkey until browned, breaking it up.
Add diced onion and chopped red pepper to the skillet, cook 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic and chili seasoning, cook 30 seconds. Transfer to slow cooker.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chicken broth, and corn to the slow cooker. Stir well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. Stir before serving and add toppings.
Notes
For a spicier chili, add hot sauce or chili flakes to taste.
