  • 4-5 pieces Frozen Tater Tots (per muffin cavity; approximately 48-60)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
  • 12 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Fresh Basil (chopped; for garnishing)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Fill muffin cavities with 4-5 tots each and bake for 11 minutes.
  • Press down each tot to create an indentation, then layer with cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and seasoning.
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and cheese melts. Cool for 15 minutes before garnishing with basil.

Notes

Use a mini muffin tin for best results and ensure tots are pressed firmly to hold fillings.
