This easy air fryer salmon recipe is quick, flavorful, and perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each

brown sugar or honey

dijon mustard

extra virgin olive oil

low sodium soy sauce

garlic powder

Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and line the basket with foil if desired.
Whisk together brown sugar, mustard, oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger. Spoon over salmon.
Place fillets in the air fryer basket without touching.
Cook for 6 to 11 minutes until salmon reaches 145°F.
Transfer to a plate and enjoy hot.
Notes
