This easy air fryer salmon recipe is quick, flavorful, and perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Seafood

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch kosher salt
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • pinch ground ginger (optional)

Instructions 

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and line the basket with foil if desired.
  • Whisk together brown sugar, mustard, oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger. Spoon over salmon.
  • Place fillets in the air fryer basket without touching.
  • Cook for 6 to 11 minutes until salmon reaches 145°F.
  • Transfer to a plate and enjoy hot.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the salmon.
