A delicious and easy-to-make corn pudding casserole that skips creamed corn for a fresh, flavorful side dish.

Instructions
Add one bag of corn, eggs, sugar, milk, cream, butter, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Transfer to a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then add to the mixture. Stir in second bag of corn, pepper, and chives.
Refrigerate the batter for up to 1 day if making ahead.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x12 inch casserole dish.
Pour batter into dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Serve immediately.
Notes
This casserole is best served warm and can be made ahead for convenience.
