Delight in these soft, buttery garlic knots topped with Parmesan and parsley, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
Dough

refrigerated pizza dough

tablespoons
unsalted butter, melted
3
cloves
garlic, minced
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons
fresh parsley, chopped
(or dried parsley)

teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheet.
Roll out dough, cut into 1-inch wide strips, and tie into knots.
Bake knots for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Parmesan.
Brush knots with garlic Parmesan butter, sprinkle with extra Parmesan, and bake for 5 more minutes.
Cool briefly and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
