A quick and flavorful gluten- and soy-free fried rice dish featuring tender steak and colorful vegetables.
Ingredients

sirloin steak (diced into bite-sized pieces)

Vegetables and Oil

Instructions
Whisk together coconut aminos, rice vinegar, ginger paste, and coconut sugar. Set aside.
Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Push to side.
Add rice, crisp it up, then scramble in the egg. Mix everything together.
Return steak to pan, add sauce, and stir to combine. Serve topped with green onion.
Notes
Use high heat to get a nice crisp on the rice and steak.
