A delicious and hearty dish featuring tender beef bites and crispy potatoes, all coated in garlic butter and herbs.
Ingredients
Meat and Potatoes

beef sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)

baby potatoes (halved)

butter (divided)
((2 tbsp for beef, 6 tbsp for potatoes))

garlic (minced)

fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
Boil halved potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain and steam dry for 1-2 minutes.
Pat beef dry, season with salt and pepper. Brown in 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat, 1.5-2 minutes per side. Transfer to plate.
Add remaining butter and cook potatoes cut-side down until golden, 10-15 minutes.
Add garlic, rosemary, thyme; cook 1 minute. Return beef, toss gently, cook 2 minutes.
Stir in parsley, adjust seasoning, and serve immediately.

Ensure beef is cooked to your preferred doneness and adjust seasoning as needed.
