A quick and flavorful one-pan dish combining tender beef, garlic butter rice, and peas for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Heat oil, cook beef with salt and pepper until browned, then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant and translucent.
Add rice, cook 1-2 minutes, then pour in broth with thyme and paprika. Return beef, bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in peas, cook 2-3 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
Notes
Ensure rice is rinsed well for best texture.
