Instructions
Marinate steak strips in soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and hot sauce; set aside.
Cook potatoes in a skillet with olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter until golden and tender; set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining butter, garlic, herbs, and chili flakes; cook briefly.
Add steak to skillet, cook 1 minute per side, then stir in marinade and cook 1 minute. Return potatoes to skillet and heat through.
Adjust seasoning, garnish with chili flakes, herbs, and optional parmesan; serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
