A delicious one-pan dish featuring tender steak bites and crispy potatoes, all coated in flavorful garlic butter.
Ingredients
Meat

sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
Vegetables

baby potatoes, halved or quartered

olive oil
Garlic & Herbs

Instructions
Parboil potatoes in salted water for 7–8 minutes, drain and dry.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika; rest for 10 minutes.
Cook potatoes in olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until golden; set aside.
Sear steak in skillet with remaining butter until browned; remove.
Sauté garlic and herbs in skillet, then toss in potatoes and steak with garlic butter for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and chili flakes; serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the skillet for proper searing.
