A delicious one-pan dish featuring tender steak bites and crispy potatoes, all coated in flavorful garlic butter.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 500 g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes

Vegetables

  • 3 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered

Dairy & Oils

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Garlic & Herbs

  • 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Black pepper to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional red chili flakes (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Parboil potatoes in salted water for 7–8 minutes, drain and dry.
  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika; rest for 10 minutes.
  • Cook potatoes in olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until golden; set aside.
  • Sear steak in skillet with remaining butter until browned; remove.
  • Sauté garlic and herbs in skillet, then toss in potatoes and steak with garlic butter for 1–2 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and chili flakes; serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the skillet for proper searing.
