A flavorful and satisfying dish combining tender steak, fragrant garlic, and perfectly fried rice, all in one pan.
Ingredients

ribeye or sirloin steak, cubed

soy sauce

cooked rice, chilled

butter

garlic, minced

sesame oil

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Toss steak cubes with soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Sear steak in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Add butter and garlic to the skillet; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add rice, toss to crisp slightly, then stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
Return steak, toss with rice, add green onions, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately in bowls or plates.
Notes
Use chilled rice for better texture and flavor.
